After re-working the approved drawing to produce two 2-bedroom residential units and four 1-bedroom residential units the project was built.
The building work completed in February 2009 and all six flats have been rented on AST agreements and are being held as an investment.
IDM recently received planning approval to build another two 1 bedrooms flats at the end of the garden. IDM also believe that it still may be possible to gain further planning permissions for another unit on this site.
