IDM were granted planning permission to extend the building to produce four 2 bedroom residential units and a one 3-bedroom house. IDM also sold a rear section of the garden to a neighbouring land owner.
Building work began on the project in June 2009 and was completed in July 2010.
IDM has now rented all the units out and the building is being held as an investment.
